What exactly do you update?
Your profile photo, cover photo, highlight covers, Facebook bio, Instagram bio, link setup and calls to action, so both platforms look professional, consistent and easy to act on.
Do I need to give you my login details?
We'll ask for admin access to your Facebook Page and Instagram account so we can make the changes directly. You keep full ownership and control the whole time.
How long does it take?
Most profiles are fully updated within a few business days once we have access and any brand assets you'd like us to use, such as your logo or photos.
Is this a one-off or a subscription?
It's a one-off payment of $300. There's no subscription and nothing recurring, unless you also choose an ongoing organic posting plan.
What if I don't have a logo or brand photos?
We work with what you've got. If your branding is thin, we'll pull together a clean, consistent look from your existing photos and colours.
Can I combine this with organic posting?
